Middle bench seat is stuck and I cannot spring it forward. 2010 Denali

My seat is stuck. The only thing I can get the lever to do is flip down the top part of the seat. I cannot flip the seat forward. I'm guessing a cable issue. My auto seat buttons on the Piller also are not working.

Looking for tips to get this seat to pop up.

Id sit on the back while it’s folded like that or put you knees on it and pull lever while kneeling sitting on it see if it frees up

Tried that and it's a no go. I'll keep working it though.

put your weight into it or get another person to sit on it with you, if that doesn't work follow the cable to the release hook and use a small tool to pull the release more
