Anyone happen to be running the P265/70R17 or LT265/70R17 Defenders? Trying to determine the sidewall construction and cannot find any photos on the internet. Could someone who has one or the other post a photo of theirs please? Thanks!

Also, if you have had both, does the LT ride appreciably harder than the other? How about mileage and tread life?

My father-in-law has LT on his truck and regular on his car. I know this comparison is a bit of apples and oranges, but he says the the LT tires ride noticeably stiffer.

The LT, in my opinion, do ride harder. More plys on the tread area, and a thicker supporting sidewall.

I have the Michelin Defender LTX M/S on my Esky. I have run this tire in various sizes over the last 24 years. Love em.
