Magnaflow cat back exhaust rattle

I installed a magnaflow exhaust on my 2016 LS 5.3 and loved it. Recently it started to rattle, traced the rattle to the butterfly valve. I called magnaflow and they sent me a new section of the exhaust with the butterfly valve on it, got it today and it seems the valve feels loose on this one too. Anybody have this problem with their magnaflow exhaust butterfly valve? Also, anybody figure out a way to jerry rig that valve permanently open?

I’ll try to take video of the rattle when I can.
