Lube Locker Rear Differential Gasket

Hello all. Checking with the group to see if someone can confirm exactly which Lube Locker part number will fit my 2016 Denali 12 bolt rear? There is GM 12 Bolt Car- LLR-G12C and also GM 12 Bolt Truck- LLR-G012. I'm assuming the "truck" one, but pictures seem off (I know not to trust pictures). After multiple attempts to contact Lube Locker, I still have not received a response.

Order both and return the unused one?
I would think the difference between car and truck 12 bolt would be the mounting brackets.
