just had my posi track rebuilt due to normal wear and tear. 168k. now the front diff may have problems. if i start off normally it makes a loud clunk and if i stay on it will grind or growl. it doesnt do this in any other gears and if i start out slow its ok. i even pulled my boat up the ramp slowly with no problems. this is in 2w hi but it seems like somethings trying to engage in there. also, when its parked, i can rotate the front driveshaft, is this normal? i thought i should stay engaged like the rear.

ok, the loud clunk is the drivers side motor mount failure! probably putting the driveline in a bind causing the other issue. going to get that replaced and then see if theres any other problems.
