Loud baffling and chugging noise when Cold Starting

This may or may not be major or even worth losing a second over sleep. But I cannot for the life of me understand why my 2012 Tahoe LT 5.3 sound like it’s cammed or if it has a performance exhaust. It starts up just fine, there’s no delay in turning the key. I just want to make sure it isn’t a start to a failure in the engine.

150k miles, second owner, first has detailed receipts of maintenance which was performed every 5k-7k. Everything has been done as scheduled and replaced. I just don’t remember my 2016 5.3 Sierra at 130k miles sounding like this on a cold start, maybe just half the sound when it warms up. There’s no codes, no rough idling

Did it change when It got any more or less humid? If so it's probably just adjusting the AFR for the air conditions. Otherwise, have you "gotten on it" recently, if so. Very possible you just broke in that muffler if the previous owner was easy on it
