I just painted mine, they were a little rusty and it annoyed me so much.

I haven't,mbut you should chech the part numbers between the PPV wheels and the work truck wheels. I'd bet they're different. Our Caprice 9C1wheels are made from steel that's twice the thickness of other stock steel wheels. They, unfortunately, weigh a freaking ton, too, but like cockroaches, they'll survive the next rocket attack from the Supreme Rocket Man. :p
