On my 03 Tahoe i found a leak in the filler neck hose. When looking for a replacement it appears that the entire assembly is the only thing available. I haven't take apart yet to measure but hopefully you guys can steer me in the direction of finding just the hose or someone knows the ID of the hose and i can order something universal. One listing on Rockauto says 2" but doesn't specify ID or OD.

I would just grab one from a junkyard or just cut that section out and hit the autoparts store and a get couple clamps
or even just get a larger section of hose, slice it open on one side and put it over that section like a sleeve and clamp it on.
hell even duck tape and some zip ties will work.

Was going to do something like that but im getting a evap code and with the amount of rot its showing figured just replace. Im not near it to pull it to try and locate a universal replacement.

As @Doubeleive suggested, when you are near the truck, pull out the unit and take the hose to your local parts store. They will cut you a new one that is gasoline (vapors) capable.

a new one is around $160, I would just grab one from a wrecking yard. there's probably 30 of them in the yard near me right now and most of those are going to be super easy because people already pulled the fuel pump.
