Light switch/ dimmer wheel

Cannot dim instrument cluster/ Nav screen

Any tips on swapping out the Light Switch/ LTZ Foglight switch ?

like Pulling off the bottom of the Dash

NOT
Breaking off the bottom of the Dash ??

I was gonna try looking up the switch but no vehicle info was given. Look up the r&r procedure at a few you tube videos.

LOL - I got mine out as I type. Pull off drivers side fuse cover. Start at bottom and work your way up toward the driver seat. You can use a little force.

Once off there are 2 T15 torx screws that need to come out under the fuse cover (sideways), and 2 on the bottom. Once those screws are out, pull again, a little more gently and start from drivers door and wotk your way inside.

Once off 2 more screws under that cover hold the plate that the light switch and dimmer are mounted in. I think they are 6mm but I am going off recall. Once out pull gently but firmly. The park assist switch will come out with that piece.

Once out you can use a pick set or a few very small flat head screwdrivers to pry out the switch from the bezel, go slowly, gently and you should have no problem.

I cam in here look for a way to find the headlight signal from the junction box under the dash. Theres a million wires down there and lost my place after doing about 40 with my test light. I'm about to give up.
