Lift gate glass problems...

so i have my 02 tahoe with the lift gate rear door. a while back started having problems with the rear lock on it. my keless entry does not work so i have to use my key to get into my truck now, and the lock cylinder on the rear door does not work. also when you go to push in the where the key would go it is supposed to open the rear glass. i am assuming this is all one piece that need to be replaced at the same time?? just wanting to know if anyone else has done this before or has/had this problem??
