Wanting to put LED bulbs on my tail lights. Do I need anything special to do them or just order the bulbs off the web. What's the part numbers also?

LED's in the brake/taillight bulb will cause you to lose your criuse. You will need load resistors to prevent hyper flash in the turns. Got my bulbs from Vleds. I use my cruise so I left halogen bulbs in the brake/tail bulbs.

Thanks for responding back to my PM bout the tails i had for sale too.....don't worry sold em' ;)

Fixed for Serge :D

Why not just get the sonar led tails- plug and play. Unless, you don't like the look of them.

Nope. Doesn't matter. Just plug your reverse socket into the reverse socket on the tail light and you should be fine.

Here a lineup of led tails for the hoe/kon models. I think Sonar are the only ones that don't require a resistor to be added.

Personally I like the TM and Sonar but I would like to see a dual stage LED version light. Meaning that the entire light will be lit up during running and braking, I would like to see the Sonars in action on a video.

Sorry bud, but where can I find these? Are they like the Escalade tails?

Sorry, while I'm not new to modding, I am new to SUV/Tahoe modding... I'm used to modding cars.... but I am now getting into doing some things after owning her for 2 years. :Handshake:

Thank you.

How do these compare to the RECON lights just mentioned above?

**Where can I find a link to them BTW?**

Thanks AGAIN!

I like the smoke recon ones but they are almost 100 then the red smoked ones. Tough choice to make

Yea its a tough choice between the two but I haven't found any videos of the Recons in action, the Sonars look good in action. The top portion of the Sonars is for turn signal only and the lower portion is for running/brake lights. I will keep trying to figure how the Sonars are wired to display the LEDs.
