As someone who has been in the detailing industry for too many year; I can safely say that using Simple Green is a huge mistake even if it is diluted. This will not only over clean the leather, but will also pull out the natural oils of the leather. This will cause the leather to dry out & crack prematurely as well as cause the dye to fade out quicker.

Best OTC brand would be Lexol.

If you want to go online then check out Chemical Guys or Detailed Image for quality cleaners & conditioners.

Poor Boys World "Leather Stuff" is a great conditioner, however the cleaner/conditioner combination isn't very good.

I personally use the Chemical Guys "Leather Conditioner" as well as the leather cleaner.

Meguiars APC diluted makes a great pre-cleaner as well. This product is one of the safest cleaners and can be diluted 12:1 depending on the strength needed.

My .03 cents worth. :)
