Kenwood DDX8034BTM

hi all ..
I have Yukon 2007 and i have just installed Kenwood DDX8034BTM but my reverse sensors and the seat belt alarm are low and i can barely hear them , can any one tell why is that and how can i solve this problem ?

If you used the PAC Onstar and chime adapter there is a potentiometer on the side you can use to raise the chime volume.
