That thing is sweeeeet

I bought my 2015 from hessert Chevy, but their Philly location

I usually hate dealers but the deal was smooth. Looks like they move the middle trim tahoes easily but these 90k ones they sometimes sit. It was there for about a month I think with stupid markups for dealer addons on it (the sticker had 2k worth of shit like paint protection package and other useless things). they took that all off and gave me employee pricing. So I felt like I did OK.

I went to look at 3 2023 Tahoe’s that day and they all sold as I walked in. Literally they sell as fast as they get them.

Told them if they make me an offer I can’t refuse and give me a good value for trade I’ll consider it. They did good for me.

My wife can’t stop talking about the color. She loves it. I wasn’t sold on it at first but it’s grown on me. It looks really sharp and unique.
It absolutely does!! I describe that color as rich (not money).

Its the RST Blackout trim package thats making that color so amazing. That's why I got my High Country blacked out immediately

Great looking rig!

If you are thinking about blacking out the RST emblem on the back, I would recommend Hyperdip over Plastidip. Ive been doing research for my Z71 and (supposedly) the Hyperdip Piano Black makes it look more like a factory badge where as the plastidip is more of a matte black/rubber look.

So if you want it to look more stock, Hyperdip. Enjoy the ride!

Thank you.

I was thinking about it. I know the RST with the performance package has the black emblem so I was just going to buy the OEM one.

They did a double dealer sticker, included a window cling?? Thats super aggressive. Never seen a dealer do a window sticker like that, usually its a license frame or the trunk

Nice color.

I hope the dealership is paying you for advertising their business with those absurdly huge decals...

Beautiful color. Shocked that the detailer didn't remove the dealership decal on the body before they paint corrected and ceramic coated/PPF'd the thing.

100%. When they pulled it out I said the same thing. They are taking it back soon to remove the decals and recoat those areas! Also having them PPF the headlights.

They also had one edge on the film on the bumper that had an edge I didn’t like that they are redoing…. All the other edges were pretty much invisible. They just had one edge that they didn’t fully wrap around that I mentioned.

Always something but it is all good besides all that! I was able to look at the car in detail for about a week and I couldn’t find one piece of dirt, dust, hair, anything. They did a very clean job as far as the film itself. There were a few bubbles that I showed them and they said it will all go away in a few weeks since it’s very slow for moisture and air to evaporate in the winter.

They are fixing all my complaints so I’m not going to say anything negative about the shop. Maybe they assumed it was a dealer car so they kept all the stickers who the hell knows. the guy working the counter looked embarrassed when he saw the stickers still on.

When it’s all done I’ll leave a review. Maybe they put their best guys on the lambos and the tahoes get the newbies.
