Just got my Denali lowered

Hey guys I'm new here.

I just got my truck lowered and put some 20's on it.

The truck is a 2003 GMC Yukon. Here's what I've done to it so far


-Denali front end conversion
-debadged the whole truck except for the color matched grill emblem
-removed door claddings
-8000k HID's in the lows-highs-fogs
-LMC projectors with halos
-removed roof racks
-10% tint on front windows
-2% on rear windows
-42% on windshield with 5% visor strip
-black suede headliner
-black suede on the doors
-Alpine headunit
-Diamond D6 12" subwoofer
-blue neons inside and under car
-Flowmaster thunder 44 muffler
-CompuStar alarm
-Bell Tech spindles
-DJM keys
-Belltech street performance shocks
-DJM trailblazer 5.5 springs
-DJM rear kit
-20" wheels
-285-50/20 Toyo Proxes
Ride height
Front: 30.25" from ground to fender lip
Rear: 32"

It has a great stance. Not sure how I feel about the denali bumper cover w/o the rest of the kit though. Any other pics of the truck?

your front is a 4 inch drop at 30.25 with that measurement. Tighten up the keys a little to get it more even if you want.

Thanks guys. I really like the way it turned out. I'm considering putting 22's on in April possibly.

My exact before and after measurements for the front were 35" 5/8 stock and now I'm at 30.25. The bolts are screwed all the way up I think (cranked I think ???)

It's kinda funny how the Denali front end worked out. I had hit a dear that messed up the front end pretty good so when I got it fixed I just had the body shop put all Denali front end parts on it and got the projectors then also all on an insurance claim haha it costed me $250 for my deductible.

I know it's different with the front and not the rest like the door claddings but thats why I like it. Not many other ppl have it like I do.

looks real good bro, i think you need to color match the runnings boards to even out that dennali bumper, but i dont think you need the side cladding i did the same to mine and i didnt use cladding and i think it looks good. J.M.O.

That's true and I hadn't thought about that. Color matching the running boards would go along way now that you mention it

It rides really nice. Handles so much better and feels glued to the road now. Maybe that's cuz I got rid of alot of body roll haha

Yea, I been wanting to paint the running boards. My buddy that's a mechanic told me "now you need a supercharger and it'd be so mean..." supercharger would be sick.

+1. I say go for the door moulding's from the Denali NBS and it will look much better.... the Denali front end conversion was definitely well executed! Nice list of mods for sure!! Also.. maybe De-badge the SLE/SLT (can't read which one it is from the OP pic) since you did the Denali front end conversion?
