Trouble shooting a #3 misfire on my 19 Denali 6.2 with 98K miles I found the #3 cyl intake lifter had serious wear on the roller and an obviously bad cam lobe. A non AFM cylinder.
Question: Is it easier to remove engine to do the AFM removal/cam swap? Body is getting pretty bruised up crawling around the engine bay trying to access everything, and the doing the front doesn't look much better.
