^ well that would actually be for brake lights. youre required to have 2 brake lights and the 3rd deck one counts. youre also still required to have 2 tail lights. the 3rd brake/deck light doesnt stay lit all the time like a tail light so you can still be given a ticket for that and it will hold up.
