interior lights flashing

1996 Chevy Tahoe.....why does my interior lights do flash? Replaced switch and still does it. but doesn't do it when dome override is pushed in. Took notice, only does it when I accelerate... I dont know if you guys can see the link but its a video of the lighs flashing as i drive

Your rear hatch isn't latched or the hatch dome switch is bad.
