Infotainment apps not working

Has anyone had issues with the apps on the infotainment screen? Last night I was listening to iHeartRadio and the app crashed. Won’t open back up. The same thing happened to the weather app and the my Chevy app. All others including radio and phone work. I tried an update but it states I’m current. It’s on a 2018. Any suggestions would be great.

disconnect the battery, touch the negative and positive cables together for a few moments, then hook them back up. that will reset everything if that does not work take it to the dealer it's under warranty.
