I've needed a slightly larger truck for towing for some time. I've pretty well gone through most of it and it had a new transmission when I got it. Here's my current truck.

There is a guy who is looking for a 4X4 truck that wants to trade this;

Normally, I'd jump right on it. However, it's a Powerstroke and has ignition issues. It tends to shut off after running for a bit.

My truck is a '96 Ram 1500 with 165,000 miles and 4X4. The Furd is a '97 F-350 2wd. 4.10 limited slip rear and gooseneck hitch in the bed. I'm thinking it's the throttle position sensor causing the problem. Once I get the driving issue sorted, it ought to be a perfect truck for what I need.

Now the transport problem. I need to get it moved. Anybody know someone who has a truck and trailer that can haul it? It's in Milltown Indiana not too far from Louisville Ky. I need to move it 110 loaded miles to the west side of Evansville Indiana. I'm getting towing company quotes in the $600-$1000 range. I can cough up some cash to help with fuel but I'm looking to barter some stuff I've got for the labor of the haul.
