Last 30 day camping trip my wife decided we needed a bigger camper. That quickly pushed me out of the Suburban and into a F-350. I thought for sure I would buy a GMC 3500HD but the Ford suited me better. Don't flame me! I traded in the Suburban last week and pick up the new camper next week.
This is a great forum with few to no trolls. All very helpful members. I appreciate all the help and humor you have given me.
I will be posting my 2015-2020 Hell Roaring dual battery setup using GM cables in the marketplace cheap and include the upfitter connector that used to power my dashcam.
Here is a pic of what used to seem big (the Suburban) behind my F-350 that now seems BIG. I.e won't fit in the garage big.

Well dont let that horrible stab in the back to chebby owners bother ya! Ive been driving my 2001 F-350 superduty crew cab long bed for 230,000 nickle and dime me to death miles. Have the wonderful 7.3 with 4 way chip and on 4 that sucker pins you to the seat even tho its over 4 tons on 33s! A new used 2012 Tahoe owner as of this month, after all Ive read on the 5.3s stupid 4/8 cyl system and track system etc etc. I wish Id found a nice 1985 suburban and slapped a hand built 350 stroker in it. Waiting now with bait on my breath about things going bad on this thing--119,000 miles off chevy lot for 11,300.

Congrats on going bigger. Ironically I did see an F350 with a slide in Lance so big it dwarfed the truck. Usually I’m waiting a the stop light for a set up that big to watch it for the typical suspension overload sway.

When the F350 took off it had the ride of an APC, engineered for the load and fully capable of overcoming the drag coefficient of the cinder block front end.
