One is for the Tahoe, and we will probably sell Justin's Kenwood Excelon from the truck.

I have always wanted an aftermarket stereo, just never knew which one I wanted. Justin saw one of these and said it fit my desires so he bought two, we shall see if he was correct! :Handshake:

Once you get them installed, call Pioneer and you should be eligible for a free update to Firmware 3.0 (which includes the latest TeleAtlas maps) since you just bought them. There was a thread on Avic411 about that, I think anyone who bought an F-series after May of this year was eligible.

Cool. Justin was telling me he had bought a couple of those. You should like it. You can customize the layout, features, display, and lots of other stuff by downloading certain files to an SD card then uploading it to your avic. If you get on avic411.com, you can find out about all the hacks/mods you can do. I added a program that will tell me where there are redlight cameras and gives me a heads up when the posted speed limit is about to change. I also added better looking graphics and 3d buildings/landmarks.

Wow- very cool! I will have to look into that stuff. I was just excited to be able to use my iPhone to listen to music on there :Handshake:

I have only really used it on my commute and didn't have much time to play around with it. Just liked listening to the mp3s :)

You can go right on the pioneer site and download updates and put them on an SD card and upload to your system. I know on the 700BT the down side was by upgrading it disabled my bluetooth input. It was after the fact that I found out this was an on going problem
