@Hey you made a post on another thread that got me thinking.

If my medical problems do make it so that I physically cannot turn wrenches any more, I could rent my tools out, with a deposit. The only drawback would be the never ending calls and messages from the ding bats.

I believe the best way is to list the available tools and that tool/set rental fee and deposit fees, to rule out the ding bats, from the beginning.

I know there was a surge of rental bays/shops at one time and I think that there are still a few and those shops would have tools that were there for lending or renting.

A big draw back and a concern that could put a kibosh on the whole thing, is someone getting hurt because they do not use the tool correctly. Would have to have a signed disclaimer. I am unsure how parts stores do it. I have never ever needed a tool from them.

THOUGHTS???
