well i had a huge stroke of bad luck wednesday night. i was on my way home from a lil get together and i had my cousin and his "friend" in the truck with me. he asked if i could pull over somewhere so that he could pee. well it was late and no stores were open so i pulled on the side of a closed gas station. 1 min after he got out, the cops pulled up......long story short the girl kicked weed under my seat, i had my firearm in the truck and i went to jail with 2 charges. while i was in and before my girlfriend could go get my truck someone broke into it. they didnt take alot but they took enough. my drivers window was busted out, my in-dash was busted up(couldnt remove it),my 2 L7 15s and probox was gone and one of my toolboxes was gone. alot of good stuff was still there, my portable hard drive, cds/dvds,girls purse w/money, superchips programmer, amps (underseat),another toolbox,brand new frt wheel bearing,rims still on it. i guess i can say i was lucky that they didnt have a chance to come back to get more. the alarm was still going off when my girlfriend picked it up. whenever i find the camera i'll show some pics.

yeah im still currently charged with posession of marijuana and unlawful posession of a firearm. the firearm is clean and was legally concealed but since drugs were found in the same vehicle it made it unlawful. (go figure) i was told that my cousin later wrote out a statement saying that the marijuana was his and not mine so maybe when i go to court the judge will drop the charges on me. for other reasons the girl is still in jail

And what about the mystery girl, is she speaking up with a statement or playing dumb. Also, were you compliant with the police, IE did you give them consent to search your vehicle? Why was it left at the gas station and not towed? Seems like if you were honest about the whole situation, it would have been easy to clear up. How much weed was it and did the girl ever come back to the car. Seems like if you are telling the truth, this could easily go away. You'll just have to prove that the weed was not yours and that you had no knowledge of it. If you did, well then you might be held responsible.

Damn, sorry dude! The drug charge should clear up in court if they say it theres and you say you didnt know they had it. Even though you are responsible for what comes in your car. Hopefully it clears up and then the gun charge should be dropped too. Why did they search it? Did you match a suspect they were lookin for?
not sure about her. i did give them consent to search but i didnt know they had any on them. they were smoking while we were at the party but to my knowledge it was someone else weed so i didnt think they had any on them because my cousin knows better. the girl was no friend of mine and didnt care i guess. i was completely honest about everything but since it was found under my seat between me and her we both were charged with it. i doubt she'll confess to it because she had to have put it there in the first place. i think it was only like a $10 bag.

i dont even know why they came over. maybe because this town is known for having big drug deals going on and since im driving a clean ass yukon on 24s they found it suspicious that i was parked there. also one officer claimed he smelled marijauna coming from the vehicle.

right now im just trying to focus on getting my insurance involved on replacing my stereo equipment and door glass. i need to at least be able to listen to some music while driving because i spend 75% of my time in my vehicle.
