hello so I have a 2002 gmc yukon with I believe 350k plus miles possibly more but this year I decided to replace most of the ac components everything is new besides the evaporator and the high side line which I will replace another day, the ac hasn't worked in about 7 plus years which I know parts go bad but I need help with the compressor and high and low side plugs are not getting power I've already switched the relay with the horn and fuel pump and still no go the system has a proper charge to it with the right amount of refrigerant and oil took it to a friend at the dealer ship for proper evacuation of the system and proper charge, he did tell me that there was no leaks but the compressor wasn't kicking on, but for him to diagnose it he would have to charge me for it which is an arm and a leg. So after a week I decided to see if the compressor would actually kick on by jumping the relay and when jumped it'll work and cool but obviously you cant leave it jump ruining the parts or getting froze over. so when I checked all the wires they all had ground but not power even with truck on and ac button on so at this point I'm debating its the in cab temp sensor for the automatic system it has or a harness issue which I'm hoping its not. any help or advice would be great thanks.
