The above store will sell you a new BCM programmed to your truck for $129. It’s likely that if you give them a call they can program your modules and BCM all in one shot.
If your truck is a daily you may be able to mail them the module(s) and purchase a plug n play BCM to be returned with the programmed module(s) you sent in. If anyone knew how to teach a BCM it had heated seats, they would.
The tech2 is still invaluable for diagnostics on drivetrain and components. To program / update modules without subscription costs this might work for you.
