How to anchor this clip

This little protector on the passenger side front seat rail keeps being knocked off. I'be tried silicone caulk to hold it but it still keeps being knocked off. There doesn't appear to be any way other than drilling a howl for a screw to permantly attache oit in place. Any ideas?

Yeah, thanks. I had considered using a 2 part expoxy like JB Weld but was trying to avoid it since I am kind of messy with epoxy. I went ahead and fixed it with epoxy anyway and didn''t make too much of mess.
Time will tell.
