Hey guys, after attempting to replace just the clutch and pulley on the front of my compressor (pulley bearings went) I think I am going to have to replace the entire compressor as I am still finding a small leak - likely through the compressor shaft seal from what I have researched.
I have pulled what looks like a good used unit from the wreckers. I am going to drain all of the oil in it and refill with new oil while I have it out but I don't know how much to fill it with. My rig is an 04 Burb with the rear A/C. The sticker on the compressor says that it was loaded with 8oz (200cc) but that installer will "need to add more" for vehicles with rear A/C ... any ideas on how much extra I need to add?
