I have a bone stock 2002 Tahoe 4.8L 4X4, its been in the family since new when we bought it for 26K. I just got an oil change today and the Odometer is at 148K. It runs great, never had any engine or transmission problems. the biggest repairs I've had was a fuel pump at 90K and a complete brake system overhaul at 130K. Other than that its really a one maybe two owner car that has survived 8 winters north of Boston and the rest of its time on Long Island. It was my father's daily driver till he gave it to me with 80K on it; and I've put about 70K on it. We've definitely gotten our money out of it and it has gotten me through high school, college, and graduate school.

I have thought about doing some small upgrades to the car namely putting in a Specter cold air intake and maybe doing a 2 inch suspension lift, and maybe putting on some bigger tires/wheels, but its been really good to me so far, and I don't want to mess up anything. For the most part everything sounds strong on the truck, I sometimes think that the sound from the engine has gotten quieter and less rumbly. Overall I hope to be driving the truck for another 8 years!

2005 Yukon denali just rolled 288110. No major engine or trans work. Most expensive thing I had to fix was the autoride. Shocks blew, compressor burned out. Other than that it's been great.

Mine is at 256k, daily driver. I drive it from Myrtle beach to Jacksonville. sounds like it did off the lot. No rattling ticking or any bad sounds. Needs a new rear main seal tho.
