Try to fix it yourself. Still burns me that I paid $350 for Ford to replace my daughters horn I could have gotten at advance auto because “it was to cold out ” for me.

Boarder patrol truck here. I was told they activated sirens with the steering wheel horn switch. I direct tested my speakers and got nothing. I added a new horn, fuse, relay, and put a horn swich on the ledge directly below the ignition. Looks good, sounds good. My horn problem solved.

You're missing some context in the pics. Why not untie that bundle and see if there are numbers on the harness, and also show where it comes from.

Lets figure this out! What wire bundles do you have under the dash? There should be several different ones. I think there is 6J3, 6J4, 6J7 and another one or two.

Ok you're missing a couple. Do you have a console in the vehicle? There could also be some looms coiled up and tucked under the dash right there above the trans tunnel or under the dash at the pass side and drivers side. I'll get some pics of the other bundles that I have

Check the green/white wire at bcm for continuity when the horn button is pressed
if that is good then trace brown/white wire from bcm to horn relay
if that is good then trace brown/grey wire from relay to horn
if that is good then check horn ground (black wire)

So in that pic of your cut wires, some of those wires belong to 6J3 as seen here:

You need to find this wire/bundle which is brown with white tracer and a disconnect. This is your horn circuit.

Does your WX7 have a terminal on it or is it cut? That pic you posted looks to be the 6J7 bundle but its only 5-6 wires and you bundle has a bunch of wires in it.
