Found this on FB Marketplace: Sierra HD hood. I believe that is going to fit any of the SUVs (though if I'm wrong please be gentle):

Looks like they thought it would be a cool hood, only to find out it would close with the GMC cat-eye headlamps.
Or, they were just test fitting the GMC grille and bumper on a project truck just quit on that idea. Bumper looks like was just resting there and not installed.
