HID help

After finally getting my HID's installed, they wont come on.
Assuming I have the wiring correct is there something I didn't do?

Try plugging the bulbs in upside down.

My ballasts were wired backwards. Try turning around the plug

^ +1 even though you think you hooked it up correct you probably didn't, the the easiest one to adjust after all is set in place already is the ballast with the neg and pos sign. If they are matched up correctly then flip them around to a missed match position they'll work. I had to do it too, plus the instructions said to do it also on mine
