Help with headrest monitors

What is the easiest way to get the video from the Factory DVD player to 2 headrest monitors? I saw this thread , but is there a plug and play way?

Also, I would like the monitors to be powered on when the rear DVD monitor is turned on.

I have a 2008 Tahoe LTZ w/NAV and RSE.

OK, I found I found the A/V1600 Interface cable from coastaletech.com and that is exactly what I need.
