Help with factory dvd headrest

We have a 2013 tahoe. There are two dvd headrests amd both of them will not eject the dvd. I keep reading we need to pull the fuse and I have pulled #19 RES and several under the hood. Does anyone know where the fuse is to try to reset them? Or how can I order new ones?

This is one of the easiest methods to get a DVD / CD out of the mech. Keep in mind there may be two discs inside if it feels a little crowded.
