Help with bluetooth issues on my new 2014 Yukon.

Hello, I am new to the forum. I know that bluetooth issues have been brought up before, but I haven't seen any solutions for them. Like many others when I use my bluetooth people on the other end say that I sound like I am in a barrel.
It appears that others who have had this problem didn't find much help with the dealer. Does anyone have advice for me? Thanks so much

Could be the built in microphone. If you use BT for a headset do you get the same thing? Have you tried pairing a different phone to see if you still get it? (like a friends phone just to test it)
