Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me out. I just bought a factory navigation unit and I thought i was buying the proper one. I ended up with the following unit: GM Part # 15940102. Denso part # DW468100-5760. I have a 2007 Tahoe, which is non-bose without the rear entertainment. I think i misread the forum and i believe this one is for a non-bose with the rear entertainment.

My question is will the work in my Tahoe, if not is there anything I can do to make it work, or do i need to sell it and get the GM Part # 15940103?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't know the specifics behind the part numbers, but as long as it is for a non-bose system you shouldn't have a problem. Even though it includes the DVD playback capability, as you state, this should not cause any issues. You can always send that video signal out at another time if you install monitors later on, and of course, you will just be able to watch movies up front while in park, or moving with a lock pick installed.

This is all assuming of course that this unit is a non-bose. Maybe someone else can help clarify those part numbers. Sorry I can't be of more assistance, but I do not know the specifics behind these factory radios.
