Help Needed! ‘96 Tahoe Exterior Door Handles

I’m looking to replace my textured exterior door handles with smooth ones. I need both front doors and the tailgate. I can’t seem to find anything other than textured. Do any of you know who would sell them, or if there’s a Denali or Escalade handle that fits my ‘96 Tahoe?

It’s kind of hard to tell in the pictures but it looks like Denali is textured. Look to see if the handle for a crew cab truck fit. They come in all kinds of styles.
