Just the other week I stumbled across a thread where someone had found a nice site that offered subwoofer boxes that fit behind the 3rd row seat of a 2007 Tahoe. They offered a dual 12" downfiring box. The box had 1.25 cu ft per chamber which is perfect for me (and also the guy that posted the thread). They had the option to get sealed or ported and also offered carpet or poly coating. They had installed pictures on the site. If it makes a difference, you had to scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Tahoe box.

I cant for the life of me find this website again. I though I had bookmarked it, but I guess I didnt. PLEASE help me out and point me in the right direction.

I'm happy with the JL stealth box (and that's coming from (4) 10"s in (2) boxes in my '02 Tahoe). Sure, (1) 10" can't duplicate the output of (4), but I'm surprised at how good the JL box is. I wasn't willing to lose any space in the '09, so it's a trade off that has worked well.

Just thought I'd throw it out there in the event that you hadn't heard any input on 'em. I know it's not what you were asking about here.

Thats actually the same picture that was on the other website, but I called and they dont have sealed boxes. It was another website that had boxes for 10's, 12's and even single mount boxes.

what type of subs are you going to use?

subwoofer box

The box in the link looks to be very cheaply made. Do yourself a favor and go to a JL certified dealer if you plan on using JL subs and have a custom box made with a minimum of 3/4" mdf. JL subs have been know to tear up boxes with anything less then 3/4" MDF.
