heated seats

I have a 2006 yukon xl. It has leather seats but no heater in them. When its 10 degrees outside it is pretty cold on my wifes tooshy. Has anyone ever installed heated seats. Just wondering how hard it is to do. Thanks

My previous vehicle was a Trailblazer with the same situation. I bought some aftermarket seat heaters (don't remember the brand) and installed them in an afternoon. Just had to peel the leather up on the seats to get the heaters between the leather and the foam. Not extremely difficult but well worth the time. Worked as well as factory heated seats.
