heat not working after changing battery.

i know there was a thread somewhere here about this issue. i cant seem to find it. I replaced my battery last night and i dont have heat right now. even if i switch between windshield, top vents or bottom vents it always blows air from the windshield vents and not others. so something got miscalibrated. any help would be great. thanks guys!
