Headlight whitener, same as teeth whitener.

You have to buy new bulbs. Hids or leds. 5000k is white the yellow you posted is 4300k halogen. Nice crisp pure yellow is 3000k.
6000k has a hint of blue and the higher the number K the more blue is added.

No remedy or fix, it's replace
