Headlight adjustment 2016 Tahoe?

Are the headlights on the 2016 Tahoe adjustable up-and-down I found the adjustment for left or right and my dealer doesn't even know if they adjust up-and-down or not I put in Putco silver lux pro LEDs and my headlights need to be adjusted up

There is a Philips screw on the top 'outside edge area' of each headlight that adjusts it (the beam) up/down - doesn't take much of a turn to make a big difference.
