HDMI Port

Hello, our HDMI port has been working great for streaming videos. However recently our phones have been telling us that the port is drawing too much power and it will not work anymore. The screen on the Tahoe now only shows "No Supported Video Found On Device". Which does not change if a device is plugged in or not. I have tried multiple phones and computers with an HDMI cable(s). I have checked every fuse with a meter (continuity) on the inside of the Tahoe and all seem to be good. Is there anything else I can check to see why this is not working? It is a 2019 Z71 Tahoe.
