thanks everyone and yess i did take pics of the entire process of the build id figure you guys would want to see how the bumper mounts were done soo later on i will post those pics

okay soo this is a problem i ran into when installing the bumper back on idk if anybody else who did this had this issue also but the bumper would not go in right because it would bump into the corner under the light soo i just decided to cut off the corner of that and that fixed it and gave me an almost perfect fitment

Very nice man... how far did you say you move the bumper support mounts? did you box in the support mounts or just left the chassis open like that?

mm i believe it was 1 3/4 so it can sit as close as it can to close the ugly gap above the bumper..also the chasis i left it open like that my father got ontop of the mount after we welded it and he weights about 250 pounds and the thing was solid like a rock
