Has anyone ever replaced the "Torsion Bar Insulator" or Torsion Bar Bushing?

Has anyone ever replaced the torsion bar insulator? It is GM Part #: 20829013. The Service Manual says that it should be pressed out with a "bushing press". Can anyone give me some direction on this? I would like to do it myself, but I don't have a bushing press. I might be able to borrow one from the local Autozone/Advance Auto Parts. Anyone ever do this? How? Thanks!
