Grinding sound

Grinding sound coming from rear of my 2016 Tahoe. Constant sound until I turn to the left. The sound stops. Any help would be great

are you sure it is the rear? sound carries on these things.
how many miles?
typical grinding noise is a front hub
could also be brakes

Consider it could just be the rear dust shield warping and/or rusting and scraping when you turn. Happened to me.
