Your anger is with a company whose principal people that wronged you might not even be there anymore. Lazy and dishonest employees don't often keep good records, something to consider when the company is slow to respond to you.

I can think of better ways to spend my time and energy than on a vendetta against a car company.
May I ask how long you’ve been working for them? I think my anger is well suited. If you like to get screwed and just accept it, that’s fine. To many people shrug their shoulders and walk away. I’ve got some extra time and I choose to further expose these guys. Without people following through, others will get screwed. I choose to follow through.

You are certainly free to choose your next actions, and nobody is questioning that. Let us know how it works out for you.

Yes, I ran into the same issue with GMPartsGiant.com, and I will never use them again. It took a letter to the General Manager of the dealership fulfilling the online parts order to get a refund and an apology (I had already documented every single communication that I had with them, before contacting the General Manager).

On the other hand, I've had great success with GMPartsDirect.com, with several online orders with them.
Absolutely on GMpartsdirect.com They are the best!

Anyone ever buy from this site? If you haven’t, don’t. Their policies are crap. They sent two incorrect rotors, guess who pays shipping to return their mistake? I do. They never sent my two sets of brake pads. Are they sympathetic and fix the issue? No. Apparently they are doing inventory?!? So whether they are allowed to rip me off depends on their inventory. We’re talking $750 worth of parts and $750 of cash they have of mine. I had to have the dealership use their pads and rotors!

Avoid this site for OEM parts. They have cheap prices, but their service is the absolute worst, their reliability is the worst, customer service is the worst. I’m spreading the word everywhere to help save you time, money, and headaches.
I'm sure you used a Visa or Mastercard. Call them and tell them your issue. They will go after the supplier to correct it or issue a credit. I've done it. It took a little time but got my money back.

They still have made no effort to refund me or contact me. I got my bank going after them. I disputed the charges. I had a feeling they were sleazy enough to hope I just go away. BBB is next for me. Any other means of social media to help get the word out..I’ll do it. I’m sure this thread pops up when you google search that company….i hope people don’t get suckered in by the cheap prices

Take the next step and write a detailed letter of dissatisfaction along with documenting all of the previous communications (dates, names/titles, and discussion content), and send it Certified Mail, return receipt requested, to the following address, which is the company that owns GMPartsGiant.

Genuine Parts Unlimited, Inc.
3430 E Sunrise Drive, Suite 180
Tucson, AZ 85718
Attention: William P. Stengel, II, President & CEO

And, feel free to copy the BBB and anybody else you choose on your letter. You'll get a response.

I've also attached my letter and supporting documentation that I sent to them to resolve my issue. I had to reformat from .docx to .txt, so alignment, etc. may be off.
