GMEPP Question - Cancel and repurchase?

So here is a question that stumped google or at least my google-foo skills. If I purchase a GMEPP warranty and then found another dealer that is offering it cheaper, can I cancel the first GMEPP purchase and re-purchase with lower cost dealer? Had this scenario come up and thought I got a good deal after getting 3 quotes and then a late quote came in that was $300 cheaper otherwise I would just be satisfied but $300 is, well, $300. I’m still well under the original GM 3/36 warranty.
