Fuel pump vent line

Hi every one after working on my fuel pump& tank I noticed that the vent line i.e. the one in the center of pump has no tube or whatsoever attached to it. Please comment
Should it be plugged. Fuel dripping from tank on full refueling. Btw no check engine light truck is perfect.
Fuel pump has 3 lines. Thanks.

I have the wrong pump,need the one with inlet and outlet only.T.Y.
