Fuel pump PM replacement question

My 2011 former Border Patrol Tahoe has approximately 133000 miles and over 7000 engine hours on the clock. Unfortunately, I do not have any service records and I have no idea if the fuel pump was ever replaced. My question is would you replace the pump as a PM item?

If you're keeping it for the long haul, buy one now, before price goes up.
Than you'll have one for when it does fail.
Leased a GMC YXL that went over 200,000 miles without needing its fuel pump replaced.
